Shuttle Service

WHMA/IPC will be offering complimentary shuttle service to/from the Holiday Inn El Paso and Complejo Polanco. 

Taxis and Uber

Both Taxis and Uber can drop passengers off at the US/Mexico border but cannot transport passengers into Mexico.  Although not recommended, If you wish to take a Taxi or Uber from El Paso, TX to Complejo Polanco in Ciudad Juarez, you’ll need to request a ride to the border, walk across the border on foot, and then request another ride in Ciudad Juarez after you cross.
